I lived at Canopy for approximately four years while residing in Richmond. This is easily the best apartment I have ever lived in! The community and apartments are clean, well maintained and quiet. I lived in the Monroe floor plan with the two car attached garage. This floor plan was spacious, ample storage space and tons of natural lighting. It felt more like a home rather than an apartment. A special thank you to Anita and all the staff! They were exceptional! Very helpful and understanding, while being very quick to rectify any issues that may come up (although very few!). Anita in particular was outstanding. She takes pride in her work and the community, all with a smile on her face. She is very patient and will always do her best to ensure all the residents are happy. I highly recommend living at Canopy at Ginter Park!

I just recently moved into the Canopy apartments and I love it! What grabbed my attention before even moving in were all the positive reviews. There were a number of reviews about Anita and when she was the person that helped me through the process I was so happy and I agree with everyone else that she is truly amazing! She made sure from start to finish I was taken care of! I have also been welcomed by so many smiling faces in the community and I love how close the apartments are to so many local food places and stores!
