Karla Babcock and her team members here are the Entire reason That Link Manchester apartments are a success. Charlotte, Victoria, Desmond, Lisa, and Michael are all kind, conscientious, and effective team members. I am exceptionally grateful for every one of their team members as they are VERY productive and apt. To me, they make this place feel like a home and not just a place to live.
I applied for the apartments at Chicago Manor townhomes. Samantha powers did our leasing application. She went above and beyond to help us she was very professional very knowledgeable very quick I knew what she was doing she made the process easier. She did this while tending to other tenants. She never showed any type of overwhelming feeling. I would give her more than five stars but that's all we can give.

Renewed my lease a few months ago, honestly great place to live! Management is nice & very responsive, maintenance are amazing, I’ve had zero issues the entire time I’ve lived here so far. My experience has been the parking garage is safe, building is secure, same with package/locker system — I’ve never felt unsafe or worried about anything. Plus location is convenient to everywhere you could need to go. My only “complaint” would be about street/city noise but that really has nothing to do with the building itself and it’s a minor nuisance in comparison to all of the pros of living here.

Link Apartments Manchester is the absolute best apartment community to live at and to call home. Karla,Charlotte, & Victoria are hands down an amazing office staff. They’re always available to answer your questions and very nice and welcoming to be around. Desmond, Mike, & Lisa is the best maintenance team in the RVA area you can’t get any better than them. 10/10 recommend to live at Link Manchester.

I am a longtime resident and can't say enough nice things about the wonderful leasing and maintenance teams at Link Apartments Manchester. This week, Desmond from the maintenance team noticed the air was low on the tire of my car, and he took care of it for me! This is the kind of thoughtful, above and beyond approach Desmond has always taken to his job in the years I have lived there, and this is on top of everything else he does to keep our building running smoothly. Desmond and the rest of the team at Link are the best at what they do, and it is because of the extra care and attention to detail they take that Link feels like not just an apartment building, but a community.

I have been living at the Links since September and it has been the best renting experience I've had thus far in Richmond in four years! The apartments are nice, spacious and updated with amenities. The parking garage and package lockers are a big plus. The location is prime and walkable to the river. Perhaps the greatest thing is the staff! They are so friendly! They put on great events for the apartment community with awesome prizes. Will absolutely be renewing my lease.

Best apartment I’ve ever lived in! Great location, right by the scenic spot of the river. Close by the city for the convenience, but without being directly on top of everything, so it feels very comfortable and relaxed. The amenities are great quality, such as the fitness center, bicycle room, and year-round pool with gas grills and a fire pit! On top of that, you have a great sense of security, with gated parking garage, key fobs on each level, and a package locker that gives a custom passcode to you.
The apartments are very home-feeling, and very spacious. My favorite thing about my apartment was how big the windows are, they let in a lot of natural light. I loved to read by the window, and work while looking out onto the view of the city. The kitchens are great as well, with a lot of cabinet space and wide countertops. The apartments themselves are great at keeping noise from neighbors out, so you feel very much at home. They’re energy efficient as well, so your electric bill won’t be too high.
I lived here for over three years, and will miss it a lot now that I’m leaving Richmond. I’ve loved the staff, they’re all very friendly and helpful, and make you feel valued as a resident. Karla is a great property manager, and I always loved walking my dog down to the leasing office so that he could get a treat! Can’t say enough good things about Link, definitely consider moving here if you’re looking for somewhere in the city.

I never write reviews but I lived here for a year and I loved this place! You get so many great amenities - parking, pool, gym, at no extra cost. I loved the Luxor lockers, I never had to worry about anyone stealing my packages. Trash chutes on every floor so dealing with trash is never a chore. Service elevator for easy move in/move out or carrying in furniture. The pool is huge and always clean. I loved that there was a parking garage, it made me feel very safe and it was helpful whenever it rained/snowed. I only ever needed maintenance once and they came and fixed the issue immediately! The location is perfect super close to downtown and belle isle and browns island are across the street! I had a second floor apartment so sometimes I would hear noise from the bar down the street - but it was never too much to the point where I couldn't sleep. The only reason I left this place was to move out of state, otherwise I would have stayed! Overall, I had a very peaceful experience living here, highly recommend! Karla and Nita in the leasing office were great too.
