Additionally, we are situated 1.8 miles from 17th Street Farmers Market, 2 miles from Downtown Richmond, and 4 miles from Dogwood Dell Amphitheater.

Karla Babcock and her team members here are the Entire reason That Link Manchester apartments are a success. Charlotte, Victoria, Desmond, Lisa, and Michael are all kind, conscientious, and effective team members. I am exceptionally grateful for every one of their team members as they are VERY productive and apt. To me, they make this place feel like a home and not just a place to live.

I applied for the apartments at Chicago Manor townhomes. Samantha powers did our leasing application. She went above and beyond to help us she was very professional very knowledgeable very quick I knew what she was doing she made the process easier. She did this while tending to other tenants. She never showed any type of overwhelming feeling. I would give her more than five stars but that's all we can give. Thank you Mary
