Everleigh is an outstanding community in terms of its staff and residents and it provides many amenities to make life pleasant, comfortable and convenient. Last week's cooking demo "Cooking with Nikki" was fabulous. Nikki prepared "Easy Fried Rice" and believe me it was easy. It came out so good, better than any fried rice we have had from a restaurant. We served it with egg rolls. Also, great with shrimp or chicken added to the rice. Thanks Nikki, looking forward to next month's demo. Ida & Sonny Epstein
