I just moved in last week and these apartments are amazing . I love it. They are affordable. And you get a lot of space for what you are paying. The only down side which is with every apartment I have been in is that the walls are thin.

I lived here from 2016 to 2022 and for the most part had a good experience. Michelle the property manager is great and did what she could when I ran into issues. The maintenance problems that happened were fixed fairly quickly (and there were some big repairs through the years). The community is quiet for the most part- I had great neighbors for the majority of my time there. Everything considered, this is a good option for people who need something affordable. Yes there were occasional bugs (never had any infestations of any kind - just beetles and paper wasps here and there). The apartments are dated but they are renovating them as people move out- they are renovating the one that I moved out of and I’m pretty sure they are doing that on the whole property. My dog liked it a lot- most people pick up after their pets from what I saw. Lots of kids on the property but they were never inappropriately loud (and I spent the summer of 2020 stuck inside bc of covid so i had all the time in the world to do nothing but notice sounds outside). I would totally live there again- the only reason I moved out was because I had to move for grad school.
