I've lived at Coliseum Lofts for a year and I love it! I picked it for its proximity to Kroger and VCU which I bike to every day. I also like it for the in house laundry machines, security cameras and electronic locks that make me feel safe. The office staff and maintenance people are also super friendly and you can frequently find a tasty treat in the office!
