Exceptional customer service. Logan helped me virtually find the right floor plan, unit, and was flexible with my move-day. My move-in went smoothly thanks to her organization and preparedness. Maintenance is most responsive I have experienced living in this type of residence. Matt and Jayden are friendly, quick, and very respectful about me working while they made repairs.

This is the best apartment experience I've had in the last 10 years. Value 10/10 and service/upkeep is 10/10. The staff is welcoming, extremely responsive, and thoughtful. The staff would host monthly and quarterly events for the tenants and provide free food and drinks. The amenities and common areas were cleaned well daily. There was wifi on the top floor of the building, with couches and TVs as well. The rooftop was easily accessible, overlooked downtown, and had plenty of chairs and tables. The apartment is located in an area of downtown that makes it easy to access grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants, noting that many restaurants are walkable. There is a parking garage located adjacent to the apartment if you need to park a car and there is also easy public transport access a block away. I would highly recommend this complex!

Not sure what my expectations were, we haven't rented or lived in an urban community in a while, but I will say everything has been fantastic so far! The location is perfect for us, the staff has been really great and supportive, and the whole move in process has been really smooth. Great communications!

I have lived at the Residences at Richmond Trust for a little over a year now. I rent the Ellwood Studio and absolutely love it! The large windows come with amazing views and let in so much natural light that help make the space feel open and grand for being a studio. The built in storage, new Bosch appliances and little design features help maximize the space while giving it a luxurious feeling. The community itself is fairly quiet (fair warning, I am accustomed to apartment living. So footsteps or normal neighborly sounds don’t bother me) you’ll hear more from the downtown life than anything which is honestly something I love. The location is absolutely perfect for me as are the sunsets, whether you catch them from your windows or the rooftop terrace you really can’t beat it. The staff have been super friendly and accommodating since I moved in as well, they offer many interactive events for residents if you’re looking to meet new ppl and make friends. You can find complimentary coffee in the resident lounge as well as pool tables and other various games to play. As someone who has lived and worked downtown and is very familiar with alllll the property options… If your looking for your next downtown home I for sure recommend checking them out!
I've been living at Residences for a little over a year now, and thus far, my experience has been wonderful--and most of that is due to the kind, accommodating, and generous staff. As a first-time renter, I was struck by their attentiveness in ensuring that the details of my lease and move-in process were transferred to me in a manner that was comprehensive and understandable. Moreover, maintenance requests I've made in the past have always been addressed promptly and professionally. This supportive atmosphere created by the staff, combined with the safety measures put in place, have made it easy for me to feel at home here.
However, one of the main reasons why I've chosen to write this review has to do with a recent experience I had with one staff member in particular. In hopes of finding someone who could--and was filling to--feed my young pet turtle while I was on a short trip to my hometown, I went to the leasing office for help. I was immediately greeted by an employee named LK, who eagerly expressed her desire to help with the situation. Despite repeatedly stressing to her that my only wish was for someone to come feed my turtle once or twice over a 3-day period, LK assured me that she could, and wanted to do more in ensuring that my turtle was comfortable and taken care of while I was away. Long story short, LK urged me to provide detailed instructions on my turtle's every day routine, including her heating needs, feeding times, and water levels. She went above and beyond, and I am so appreciative for what she did for me--taking time out of her work day to engage in pet care for, essentially, a stranger (I hadn't met LK before this). I think her generosity serves as a testament to the type of treatment that individuals should expect to receive when deciding to rent here.
The staff truly do make living here a great experience, so much so that I am willing to attempt overlooking one issue I've faced while living here: inadequate noise control between floors. While individuals planning to begin apartment renting should inherently expect to encounter periodic noise from their neighbors, one should also expect that the sound-proofing between floors would be ample enough to muffle most noise that results from somewhat heavy-footed upstairs neighbors. Of course though, I believe this is more of a structural problem unrelated to the staff, who have tried diligently in the past to help me mitigate this issue.
I recently moved into the Residence at Richmond Trust and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Our leasing specialist, Ethan, went above and beyond to ensure that our move-in process was smooth and seamless. His exceptional customer service skills made us feel truly welcomed in our new home. I must also mention Ms. Laura Kay for her warm welcome and patience in addressing our inquiries during our initial stay. She is very kind, approachable, and accommodating.
The amenities at the Residence at Richmond Trust are outstanding. The clubhouse and fitness center are always well-maintained and clean, and I particularly love the complimentary coffee bar. I appreciate having easy access to these amenities within my own community. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, creating a peaceful and inviting environment to come home to.
One aspect that impressed me was the generous discount offered to Preferred Employers by the Residence at Richmond Trust. As an employee of one of these companies, I value the added benefit of a rent discount. It shows that the community values its residents and strives to make living there as convenient and enjoyable as possible.
In conclusion, I am extremely pleased with my decision to move to the Residence at Richmond Trust. The exceptional customer service from Ethan, top-notch amenities, clean surroundings, and special discounts for Preferred Employers all contribute to making it a truly wonderful place to live. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a fantastic place to call home.
I moved here as soon as they opened last August. As someone who's pretty much moved every year or two throughout my whole life, I have to say, Residences at Richmond Trust was by far the easiest place to live. The amenities were sleek & simple- everything you need and nothing you don't. The bathroom is beautiful and easy to clean, with a glass shower which I loved. The staff was always friendly and responsive. The few maintenance requests I did have while living here were answered within 24 hours. Everything is very clean and I didn't have to worry about pests, mold, or anything of the sort.
They also do community events upstairs in the clubhouse and on the roof! The mail room is secure and I never had a problem with package-stealing or anything of the sort. The building itself felt very secure as well. Also wanted to note, the windows are big and let in lots of sun if you're on the right side- but they do not open. The views are magnificent. If you're someone who doesn't need too much space and values cleanliness, I highly recommend Residences at Richmond Trust! Although I lived in a studio, there was still plenty of space for clothing in the wardrobe that comes with. The bathroom also had adequate storage space. The only area I wish had more space would be the kitchen- there are several cabinets and a fantastic refrigerator, but no pantry (at least not in the Ellwood layout).
Overall, living in this apartment community was a wonderful, simple, luxurious experience and I highly recommend moving here if you think it's the right fit for you. What you see is what you get!
