My partner and I have lived here since May 2020. Honestly, it's been a real haven during the worst of the pandemic. We happily renewed for a second year, and hope to stay here a while. We're on the third floor, and get great light. Huge windows really make for a good atmosphere and for plant growing. Rent is what you'd expect for the area, but the area really is great. We love being right across the street from a grocery store and a pharmacy. We also both work for VCU, so being right on the Pulse line is incredibly convenient. Overall, we save on gas and really love how walkable the surrounding area is. We're really happy here. This is our second time renting from Property Results LLC and both experiences have been really positive. Both places have really responsive and friendly maintenance and cleaning staff. Neighbors have all been friendly too. Overall, the last year and some change have been a really good renting experience.

Evie is great. Friendly, professional, and always provides quick service. Maintenance is great too and usually knocks out service request same day, next day at the very latest.
