Department is small but it's nice it's got wood floors in the living room area it's got tile floors in the bathroom. They don't have a balcony but All right next to some external stairs which have landings offering a potential without getting use with wonderful views encompassing across the river and in Iowa. Parking can be a bit of a nuisance because there is a lot of street parking and with the other apartment complex that is around here that street parking fills up fast. I would have provided a four-star rating had the gym been open more regularly and the amenities downstairs been completed. For five stars put some finishing in some details on the building Make it pop fix the cracks repaint it and give it a give it a makeover
