Management walked in to the apartment twice without notice, the walkways are crumbling as of the beginning of August and they kept the deposit because on piece of molding needed to be repainted. You pay 100$ for a reserved outdoor parking space and either get water leaking onto your car or fight with drunks in the alley. Then they shut down the parking lot for their lackluster festivals that are just designed to funnel more money into them because they own the whole neighborhood.
