Had a great experience at Jones13. Any minor maintenance request was handled within 24 hours. Jody in the leasing office was especially great and always returned my emails or calls within 24 hours. The building is quit and clean. Free High Speed Internet works flawlessly. If I have the opportunity to rent again in the future, I definitely will!

I've lived at Jones13 nearly two years and have enjoyed it as a Chicago transplant. On the edge of Old Market so you get to walk to all the restaurants and bars and don't have to worry about noise. Easy and quick entrance/exit to highway 80 and 29. Appliances are new and in good working order. Courtyard/balcony area is kept clean. Cleaning crews are here every Monday morning going floor by floor. I am relocating again for work, but have enjoyed this apartment so much I have recommended it to my coworker taking over my district.
