Looking at other reviews I do not respectfully agree with their negative reviews. They have been communicative about the garage issues and the amenities that are still a work in progress. They have addressed any concerns I have had with a quick response and resolution to the issues. I also love the area that the apartment is located in as it is close to a bunch of places in downtown Tacoma.
