If you had asked me to review Water’s Edge Townhomes (formally Narrows Creek Townhomes to us and many other tenants who have survived the sale) 5 months ago, I would have had very few good things to say. I preface this review with that statement only because we hadn’t experienced rockstar management service since Kirsten. I am now grateful to be able to express my appreciation for our new management and maintenance team. Daniella, Paulo, and Dom have been working to restore Water’s Edge Townhomes back to its former glory. There has been a new gazebo, lounge, and BBQ pavilion added, as well as a small dog park. The beloved trails that were overgrown before this team arrived, have been lovingly restored— and the bridge over the creek, too! The communication between management, staff, and tenants has improved ten fold. Daniella is passionate about creating community and I love that she isn’t afraid to set expectations and uphold them (i.e. holding pet owners accountable for picking up their pet’s waste, and enforcing speed limits in the complex). Landscapers have come back to their regular schedule and seem to be doing a more thorough job this time around. It’s beautiful to see, because if you’re unfamiliar with this property, you must know it’s no easy feat to maintain. We have wetlands and lots of beautiful, small forest canopy covering the pavement. It’s a lot to upkeep. All of her efforts are a direct reflection of what she prioritizes: the health, safety, and wellbeing of her tenants. She has expressed to me her desire for everyone to love where they live, and I think that speaks volumes to her commitment and integrity. Paulo and Dom are often seen working around the complex. And both have helped us with our many backlogged work orders from the revolving door WET seemed to be for a while. We are always pleased with their quality of work and care! They do their part to ensure they aren’t just doing a job correctly and efficiently, but with pride. Working with people who actually enjoy what they are doing to help others makes a world of a difference! Thank you!
