This place is HOME. I’m a military brat and I’ve constantly moved around, but a Pacific Walk townhomes is the first place to really feel like home. It’s such a wonderful community, nobody is in your business, and Adrianna and her team are WONDERFUL and are quick to help should you need anything. The leasing office participates in the holiday and tries to host fun little events! It’s a very kid friendly community. I see tons of kids playing outside and riding their bikes. The unit was very clean when I moved in, and the process was quick and effortless thanks to the team. I had a great move in expirence. Karen the property manager was on top of everything as far as getting me moved in. She is very kind and helpful. They are on top of maitence here as well, if you put in a request it will be resolved quickly, the maitence man is very helpful and very knowledgeable. The neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood in general is very quiet as well. Overall a good, safe, comfortable place to live.

The complex is beautiful and well-maintained. The furnished apartments were so nice and aesthetically pleasing. Guest safety is a top priority. The fact that the complex is in a gated community made me feel so much more secure. They also have a security guard. They're very pet friendly and have special military pet policies. They offer nightly rates and short term leases. I highly recommend this place for anyone PCSing here and in between homes like we were.
