My partner, our child, and I just moved into our new apartment and we absolutely love it. We are especially excited to have in-unit laundry after spending years living in apartments with shared laundry rooms. We love how pet-friendly the community is. I would like to give a special shout-out to the leasing staff as they are also amazing. They are friendly, helpful, and accommodating! We look forward to calling this apartment complex our home. We have lived here for 6+ years now. The Verandas management does a great job. They keep the property clean and well maintained (new roofs this year!). They have also handled every routine issue over the years promptly and professionally, and are very friendly! They always have a treat and a smile ready when I cruise by on my morning dog walk! Staci has done a fantastic job with every detail from communication to problem solving(get this woman a raise!) and Robert is a very welcome addition to the community. He made an obvious effort to get to know the residents, which was really cool. The units themselves have a nice layout. They are also priced quite reasonably compared to everywhere else. As far as maintenance goes, the only time I ever had a maintenance emergency, I had someone in my unit dealing with it 30 mins after I called and this was after hours! Special shout-out for how management handled the COVID situation. Nothing but compassion and professionalism. Great community 👍
