My experience so far with Arbor Pointe is just from talking with one of the managers, Malachi. We haven't lived here very long, but our experience with him deserves a grand review. We were in an emergency situation and needed an apartment within one day. Malachi went above and beyond, giving me updates throughout the day of where we were at in the application process. He even stayed 45 minutes late to ensure we had the lease signed and keys in our hands on the day we needed it. Almost all the places we've stayed in before have never put this kind of effort into anything. If you're looking for a management team that will work for you, I know specifically that Malachi will. He is friendly, caring and hard working.

I have had a great stay as a tenant with Arbor Pointe. The transition between leasing companies has made some major changes to the office staffing and hours but everyone is very helpful and friendly through the changes. They are human and work very hard to take care of everyone. I dealt with Kristina and Mai in the very beginning of my stay and they bring the most fun and welcoming presence to the office. They really help get you what you need. Now since the leasing company swap there are a few more friendly faces including Jorge, who has been a joy to work with. I personally have NEVER had any issues with the office staff communication whether its email, phone or in person. The staff cover quite a few apartments as this complex is rather large and really strive to make sure tenants needs are heard and met. Maintenance is absolutely amazing and I don't say that lightly. Derek has been incredible in getting work orders completed quickly and correctly. Always communicative and respectful of tenants and their property. His fellow workers are polite and hard working. They hustle around the complex and always give a friendly wave and a smile. The emergency maintenance line is ACTUALLY ANSWERED! My upstairs neighbor had a water emergency that came into my apartment through the bathroom ceiling and after calling they were to my apartment building in less then 10min to fix it and they followed up to make sure everything was still okay a few days later. My apartment never smelled like previous tenants, was cleaned thoroughly prior to moving in and the contractors they hire to do things like carpet replacement are competent, quick and caring. They make sure you actually get notice of things like emergency outages or inspections like they are supposed to. The grounds are well kept. Its a safe space for kids to play on the playground. Great community feel. The amenities like the pool are well looked after, cleaned regularly and my kids always have a blast. The workout area is small but has everything you need when the weather is poor and its open 24hrs which is great. This whole complex is very quiet considering the area and very relaxing. (It does back up to JBLM however I never have had an issues with noise from the base) Pricing wise it's fair value for the apartment. The App they use to pay rent breaks everything down easily and I've never had any issues with payments which is so nice. Its not the most modern looking building but its home and the updates they are doing in units are wonderful. I feel safe letting the kids out to play and not worrying about them which to me is priceless. Honestly, this is one of the best places I have ever lived hands down. It's close to the city but quiet like a rural area. I highly recommend giving them a call or making an appointment to tour the facility.
