My experience so far with Arbor Pointe is just from talking with one of the managers, Malachi. We haven't lived here very long, but our experience with him deserves a grand review. We were in an emergency situation and needed an apartment within one day. Malachi went above and beyond, giving me updates throughout the day of where we were at in the application process. He even stayed 45 minutes late to ensure we had the lease signed and keys in our hands on the day we needed it. Almost all the places we've stayed in before have never put this kind of effort into anything. If you're looking for a management team that will work for you, I know specifically that Malachi will. He is friendly, caring and hard working.
