For what it’s worth, you get the best. I loved living here! I live here for 2 years. The Racheal and Saheed were the best managers to work with! I received my deposit back! First time for this! There were minor issues, as with any complex but this building is newer. So there weren’t many calls to maintenance. Parking on the street was not bad, I didn’t experience any break-ins, broken windows or weird stuff that I experienced on the other end of Tacoma. This apartment community was easy to live in and maintenance was swift! I definitely would live here again!

Janel and Nicole in the front office are both great and have excellent customer service skills as well as being extremely friendly. Tenants are friendly as well. Looking at other reviews I do not respectfully agree with their negative reviews. They have been communicative about the garage issues and the amenities that are still a work in progress. They have addressed any concerns I have had with a quick response and resolution to the issues. I also love the area that the apartment is located in as it is close to a bunch of places in downtown Tacoma.
