For what it’s worth, you get the best. I loved living here! I live here for 2 years. The Racheal and Saheed were the best managers to work with!
I received my deposit back! First time for this!
There were minor issues, as with any complex but this building is newer. So there weren’t many calls to maintenance. Parking on the street was not bad, I didn’t experience any break-ins, broken windows or weird stuff that I experienced on the other end of Tacoma.
This apartment community was easy to live in and maintenance was swift! I definitely would live here again!
Janel and Nicole in the front office are both great and have excellent customer service skills as well as being extremely friendly. Tenants are friendly as well. Looking at other reviews I do not respectfully agree with their negative reviews. They have been communicative about the garage issues and the amenities that are still a work in progress. They have addressed any concerns I have had with a quick response and resolution to the issues. I also love the area that the apartment is located in as it is close to a bunch of places in downtown Tacoma.
Amazing service from the property manager Janel ! Beautiful property, great location. So happy we were able to schedule a last minute tour of some units. Limited parking but it can be overlooked with the great service. Thank you
I moved here for more than 6 months. The apartment is really great and the complex is pretty well maintained. The security measures also very good.
Thank You Jefferson Yards for making our living experience a good one. 🙏

Irina changed this place entirely, she made the property management much more organized and responsive, maintentnace requests takes 1-2 days at max, parking spots are well managed, she is an excellent communicator with tenants, and has great attention to details. Thank you.

I want to say that the service of this apartment is great. The garage door was broken before, and some people responded that there was a potential safety hazrard. The owner and the property management company immediately contacted a professional company. Due to the repair company's schedule ,there was a delay in the middle of the process, but it is now completely fixed. Everything is perfect now!
Amazing price, helpful and friendly apartment managers, spacious apartments, well-decorated lobbies, many amenities offered, kind and well-mannered neighbors, surprisingly safe neighborhood, and an overall WONDERFUL experience living here - I LOVE IT!
I could add many details to this post, but I will try to keep it brief - I will also add the (few) cons at the end.
Kind and well-mannered neighbors: I absolutely LOVE my neighbors and everyone I’ve come across at Jefferson Yards. Almost always, a friendly ‘Hello, how are you?’ a courteous smile, and someone holding the door open for you is offered! It helps to be friendly in return, but everyone seems to appreciate it!
Spacious apartment for a good price: Compared to many similarly-sized apartments in the area, the price is a DEAL. My kitchen and living room is spacious. My bathroom and bedroom is a fair size, and I’m happy with the size and price!
Helpful and friendly apartment managers: They are beautiful and really kind people! I’ve only needed maintenance help (minor) with my apartment twice, my needs were attended to quickly and kindly! They aren’t nosy or rude, but will offer a friendly ‘Hello!’ when making your way past the office to the elevators. It can brighten anyone’s day, even if it’s a little rainy or cloudy that day! :)
Lastly, the lobby is decorated in an aesthetically pleasing manner and so is the amenities room - I even hosted a birthday party in the amenities room! I had a great time.
There are a few cons:
There are occasionally minor elevator issues. So minor that I’m not sure they are worth mentioning, but there have been a few times where one of the two elevators is out of order. Its never been more than a few hours before it’s working properly again, in my experience, and since there are also two sets of stairs on each side of the building leading to the rooms, and an additional elevator, it’s not a problem. I check their elevator credential to make sure it is up to date and it is.
Lastly, parking can be tight. There is almost always outside parking available, and while there is always some risk (just like parking in any public parking lot), peoples cars, in general, seem to be left alone. There are a few cars that do seem to have broken windows, however, #1 I’m not sure if those cars belong to actual JY residents, #2 I’m not sure if those cars have had broken windows that were simply never repaired (up until this date). In my experience, if your car is relatively clean, and you keep it parked neatly next to other clean cars, they are generally respected.
