This review is in no way to bash the staff or apartments. Everything shared in this review, the staff is already aware. This is just to make others aware of what to look for and to share my experience on living here. First things first, the construction company did a half assed job on the remodeling. Not to mention the apartment wasn’t move-in ready, in my opinion. The only cleaning that was done to the apartment was a wipe down of the countertops. Dirty windowsills/windows, construction dust under/in cabinets and throughout the whole apartment and incomplete construction around the AC unit. I can go on but please inspect your apartment throughout. I viewed my apartment three weeks before I moved in. I saw minor things and was under the impression that they would be resolved by the time I moved in. Nope. If I could’ve chosen another apartment, I would have but on the day of move-in, my lease was already signed. Note: The interior pictures that you see on the website are not the units you will see on site. Please view the apartments in person. Overall, I like that the property is gated. However, it would to nice to have a remote option instead of have to manually entering the gate code. Close distance to I-5 and restaurants. Wi-fi is included in the apartment (Awesome). The staff is nice but they seem stressed. Maybe the stress of the inquiries they’re getting or the complaints/questions they’re getting about the apartments. I’m not sure but I hope everything pans out for them.

Been here 4 months and charging me cable and internet and it's not even wired and hooked up. Management won't reimburse me after they said they would. I would think twice about signing a lease here. I'm definitely out once my lease is up. Don't check in. Lol
