I called first thing on Friday morning and had the pleasure of speaking with a very courteous gentleman who patiently answered all my questions at 9 am. His professionalism and willingness to help left a positive impression. After reading other reviews, I feel compelled to highlight that this is an apartment complex offering some of the lowest rents in the area while providing ample square footage. For those saving to purchase a home, this place is a fantastic option. Finding something similarly affordable and spacious this close to the city is quite challenging. If you prefer, you can opt for a much smaller and more expensive unit in Bell Town, but the value here is hard to beat. Moreover, it's important to note that timely bill payments are a standard requirement in any rental agreement. Failure to do so will inevitably result in consequences, regardless of the location. Overall, I believe this complex is an excellent choice for those looking to balance affordability with space and proximity to the city.

To be realistic yes it’s casino road but the new management for this property is doing great! The staff are great people who have excellent customer service skills and are always helpful.
