Our experience at Timbre has been great. There have been a few hiccups here and there, but for the most part we've loved our new home! Any time there has been an issue it's quickly resolved and the team in the office always follows up to make sure we're taken care of. The grounds are always well kept and you can tell that the whole team genuinely cares about this property and the people who live here. The community is also safe and fun for the kids and there's tons of space for them to play and explore—especially with amenities like the pool, the playground, and the soccer field. It's also in a really convenient location! Thanks for being awesome, Timbre team!!

Currently in search of my first apartment so I called in with some questions. Mandy was so thorough in answering my questions and giving me advise as a new renter! She is so personable and hilarious!! Professional yet still felt very organic. Definitely going to be living here when availability opens up :)

We've lived here for 9 years, and love the renovations. Office staff and maintenance staff are super friendly and helpful. We recently had a leak in the bathroom ceiling from pipes above, requiring a good sized hole in the ceiling to fix. The repairs went over 3 days due to the need for specialized tools, replacing pipes, waiting for things to dry, etc. The two gentlemen who worked on the repairs were unfailingly polite and friendly, kept us updated on what they were doing and when, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up the work area every time they finished part of the job and left the apartment. This has been our experience whenever we have needed anything - prompt, friendly, professional assistance. No plans on moving anywhere else.
I've lived at Timbre for over a year now and I think it's sick. It's like living at a resort with the pool and ammenities. By far the best apartment I have ever lived it- we love the staff, the events, the maintenance, and the overall vibe here.

I have lived in Royal Oaks for almost 15 years and have had the best renting experience ever! I lived in the apartment side of the property for 1.5 years and loved the two bedroom floor plan, huge kitchen, and sturdy construction. I got the opportunity to move into the townhouses the property offers and lived there for 5 years. Again, loved the floor plan and really enjoyed the serene feeling of sitting on my back patio enjoying all the trees and landscaping. I then lived for over 9 years in one of the 7 residential homes the property offers and it was heaven! The house was huge, real fireplace, 2 car garage, private back yard, and great floor plan as well. I would have purchased the place if it had been for sale!
The management is kind, caring and very professional. Teresa, the on-site manager, is one of the best managers I have known! When I needed maintenance to work an issue they showed in a timely manner and fixed the issue quickly. I never really had many issues that needed maintenance due to the quality of the units. The grounds are well taken care of and simply gorgeous, especially early spring! Again, the best renting experience I have ever had!
If you are new to renting and looking for a great community and professionally managed property, Royal Oaks is for you! If new to renting keep in mind that no matter where or how wonderful the management, property, or units are you will always have to deal with other people and their sense of self-entitlement which usually comes out in those people’s reviews. When renting, go see for yourself, meet the management, look at the units, and see the local community. With Royal Oaks, you won’t be disappointed!
I love it here quiet beautiful scenery. Lots of space. Great management. Pool, weight room, lounge, dog park, mini soccer field. Huge backyard . Been here a year now. Haven't had any problems.. come on over I know you will love it here too ..
Mandy helped my girlfriend & I through the application process with ease, she was readily always available to chat, & always had answers to all of our questions. We were interested in their 2x2. I called her once, & easily scheduled a guided tour that fit both of our schedules. She made the application process super super easy, we did the application with her, & she contacted us as soon as we got approved. It was probably the easiest & smoothest transition to a new place i’ve ever had. The apartments are gorgeous, quiet & remodeled with high quality materials. The kitchen is also remodeled beautifully. I recommend Timbre for anyone.

If you’re looking for a safe, respectful and fair place to live that’s pet/family friendly then Timbre is it!
I’ve researched several properties and even though it may seem expensive the trade-off is an exceptional Maintance crew and Office Management willing to listen and address each and every issue accordingly! The grounds are well maintained and they keep the garbage 🗑️ emptied. You do have the once in awhile undesirable neighbor? Sure, commonsense tells us we can’t stray away from that, it’s impossible, even if you own! Address each situation calm, think about what you’re asking (within reason) and I promise they will assist you to the best of their ability. It’s a really a great crew.
I hate to leave, but due to COVID and companies trying to recoup their losses the price increases are understandable and accurate. I’ve seriously looked into it. They recently added pet- rent, which, quite honestly they should’ve done this a long time ago due to the damage I’ve witnessed over the years.
The apartments are super spacious and upgraded to a modern taste! The lawns are green and inevitable ! Like I said, I hate to leave but hopefully my review will help you if you are curious about this property.
Looking at this from a strictly business aspect, Timbre is a great place to live. If you question this than please, go out and compare, you will not find a better set up for the price!
