I moved in a few weeks ago, we are so happy the staff helped me so much. And reading the reviews, first the pool is not green it’s blue and clean. The buildings are old but well kept up and from what I see they are fixing things up and I understand all that takes time but what makes me happy is that they are working on things. It’s sad that people feel the need to post negative reviews and everywhere you go apartments give yearly increases and am talking about hundred dollars increases come on people give them a break!! Am glad I moved here and it’s right next to the school so am very happy!

I have been living here for almost a year now. It has been great. The area is quiet and peaceful. I'm only 2 minutes away from the huge dog park, which is a huge plus. I have a puppy and my down stairs neighbour tells me he has never heard him running or playing. The floors have to be cement if thats the case. I have never had an issue with over hearing my neighbors. The size of the homes are great and huge especially with the price of rent being low. The manager is very understanding and helps when and however she can. All in all this community has been great. I am glad I chose this as my first home away from my parents!
