I’ve lived at Av Lofts for about a year now and I love the apartments Av lofts management offers residents free coffee in the morning and also celebrate the holidays decorating our lounge area. There’s also a pet washing room I'm able to access at anytime to wash my pet following 24 Hour access to a gym !! The rooftop has great viewing and close by (walkable) is the Hospital and University of Washington college
