I really want to take a moment to appreciate Ms. Dianne. She not only got me to apply that day but also encouraged my roommate to apply for her own apartment as well! She was extremely kind, compassionate, positive and spoke of the apartment as she showed us, sooo upbeat and powerfully that she sold us both! She answered the phone MULTIPLE times when we called back for help with our application. Ms. Dianne made me feel safe and welcomed. Great job Ms. Dianne and thank you to the company who hired her! Great pick for residents! I was approved and am sooo grateful for the opportunity! Will update after move in!

This is in recognition and high praise to Mikela for her dedication to solve a technical problem. She took the time to use her skills and stay with me until every detail was reconciled. This proves that whenever she has the resources and means available problems in the apartments will be corrected. However some problems require the immediate approval and support of upper management. Such as violent tenants needing removal and repairs of laundry amenities . If the financial/ legal department slow walks necessary requisitions for fundamental functions of domicile well being they make Mikela the scapegoat of legitimate tenant frustration . The dysfunction that Avenue 5 inherited is of no fault to them. Not acting swiftly to fix the issues by not giving Mikela what she needs to do so is ! More hours, finances, and resources are a must to work out the inefficiencies. I know Mikela can do this and in as polite a way as possible you need to know it too. Please give her what she needs. Lets make this happen.
