Maintenance, both managers as well as leasing agents. They're always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and most importantly keep you updated. I needed some things to be replaced when I first moved in and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I think an investment in amenities and upkeep of them would make me use them more creating more of a community among residents but other than that, I highly recommend Cornell.

I've lived here for almost a year and I love it. Such a unique place (as one would expect from a 103 year old building) and the building is full of artist types. Management (Maria) is great and maintenance (Joe) is always quick to repair things. It's definitely not your average apartment or loft so don't expect all the crazy amenities (there is a great pool and small gym though).
