Kitchens pair black cabinetry with a subway-tile backsplash and gloss black appliances. Select baths have glass-enclosed walk-in showers, and homes include a front-loading stacked washer and dryer. Shared spaces include the restored 1927 grand lobby, a speakeasy resident lounge, and a resident coffee and espresso bar. Outside, there's a fenced dog run and landscaped green space. Resident parking is in the adjacent Centrum Garage. Village Baking Co. is steps away on Oak Lawn Avenue. I love living at the Argyle!! The look and feel of this apartment is truly that of a Hotel in the 50’s from the unique design choices and exposed features to keep the look of the original building. The security is phenomenal I feel so safe and the staff are so welcoming and make everything so easy!! I’ve truly never loved an apartment more.
