Great and value apartment for the price point. Move in was quick and overall safe community. Anyone complaining about "noisy neighbors" but live on the first floor are being unrealistic as people have to walk and units have hardwood flooring. You do hear a lot of sounds just being so close to a busy road and area, but that is to be expected.
