I called so many communities and was losing hope until I spoke with DJ at Bel Air Keystone Ranch. She worked with the manager and we were able to make excellent arrangements and my family and I moved in early June 2018. Every time I had a question, worry, or concern I was able to speak with DJ right away. She always returned my calls and her customer service skills are amazing! I could not have done the relocation without her help and guidance. We moved into a wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bath unit and it was large enough to hold all of our belongings from a large home in So Cal. The staff and maintenance crew were also very attentive and when I had a small water leak issue, the crew was at my door in under 30 minutes. The front office staff is wonderful! DJ and the other employees were helpful and caring. They kept track of my large packages that came in from Amazon and I never lost any mail. I felt safe and the grounds were always clean. The pool was fun, clean and maintained well. The rent was very reasonable and I was so grateful to find this temporary home while I my family and I looked for our forever home in Dallas.

What sticks out to me the most are the smallest things. I love that it’s quiet. I love seeing the dogs. But I could put in a request for maintenance and they will come out and fix it quick.
