The Elise was pretty okay to stay in I would have rated them a 4 out of 5!. However lack of Communication come from with in the Office. For Visitor parking , they did not notify Residents of updating how many Visitor slots become available. The entire parking along the Fence was at one time Visitor parking. They changed it to only 2 slots per section in which is Ok, however they should have informed Residents. When speaking with the Office, the Assistant Manager Rosemary become very Rude and insulting stating “ Commonsense will tell you we don’t have to inform you of any such Changes! I certainly do not appreciate Derogatory Remarks. That is very unprofessional. I will definitely now Rate the Elise a 5 instead of a 4. Thank you Ms.Myra for contacting me in regards to the incident regarding myself and Rosemary. I appreciate your Sincere apology. I was disappointed to begin with as Rosemary usually demonstrate wonderful Customer Service Skills! All 3 of you women Myra, Rosemary, and Stephanie, are usually very helpful and has always Eagerly assisted me with anything pertaining to my Apartment. I really do Enjoy living at the Elise! Woke up to an AC that was blowing warm air during a very hot day. Within 2 hours, it was fixed along with a ceiling fan and a hard to lock front door that I only mentioned to the maintenance guy in passing. Everything fixed perfectly. I am very impressed!
