I have been living here since 2016, absolutely no issues or complaints thus far. The office ladies (April, Ashley, and Jazmine) are always friendly, professional and helpful. The property manager, Johanna, definitely leads by example and always makes time to engage with the residents when inside the leasing office. She has done an outstanding job with the numerous improvements, upgrades, and etc that is noticeable throughout the property. The maintenance team is very professional and responsive as well (especially Alex who does a great job at making sure the work order gets done right the first time).

A lot of the reviews here seem skewed from the truth. In all my years of living in an apartment and maintaining I've never had an apartment complex actually seem human. This apartment complex has its quirks, but you get what you pay for, also you should already be familiar with the area. When I first moved in, which was over a year ago -- I didn't feel the same way i did now. The management there is more human than ever, and very understanding though from time to time it may not seem that way(we all have our days.) Overall, I would say for the price and location -- with everything considered this is a very accommodating affordable apartment complex.
