I know looking for a new apartment to live in can be stressful, but Nakia will made the a pleasant experience. The leasing agent Nakia, the apartment manager is great! She is super helpful and is on it when informing the residents when something is going wrong. The maintenance is awesome! They genuinely cares about doing good quality work! Overall, i love the apartment. The only reason why I’m giving Alvista staff a five star is because there’s not a 6 star rating. Thank you so much Nakia for everything that you do!!

Nakia made the decision for me with her thoroughness and professionalism. I’m a very “particular” person and she was able to make me feel at home. She sold me on this property and I’m thankful for it! From the moment I called to the moment I came to view the property, she impressed me. Her care and concern that I was satisfied. Her ability to answer EVERY question that I had and her patience when I came twice to view the property just to make sure it was the right decision, I mean I was impressed. It’s really hard to find a leasing agent that takes the time to treat you like a person versus a rent payment! And just to be clear, the apartment was perfect for me. The size, the price and the location, all perfect. This may be an early review but it’s also one that I believe will still remain for months to come! And I pray that Nakia also remains at this property. I’m not sure where they’d be without her. Seriously!
