MUV has been my favorite place I have ever lived in Texas! Everything is great quality from the townhomes, appliances, amenities, but more than anything, Santiago & his maintenance team.
They take the most amazing care of the property and I don’t think I could I say this about anywhere else I have lived- I have never waited over 24 hours to have something fixed or to be contacted once putting in a maintenance request.
If I could stay, I would probably never leave!

Love love love this place! I was a bit anxious during my apartment search since I was living in Phoenix at the time but the staff made the leasing process so quick and easy. Amanda is a gem! She answered all my questions and is a big reason why I chose this place. The townhomes are beautiful and right next to a few trails including a lake that’s great for a quick morning walk. Neighbors are friendly and the property is well kept. Highly recommend living here!

We have had nothing but a good experience living at Midway Urban Village! The noise level is minimal, maintenance is always timely and the townhomes are spacious and gorgeous! My friends who come over are always jealous of the size and of our amenities (the clubhouse is great). We renewed after our first year was up. The only thing that would prevent us from renewing again are rent hikes pricing us out. Love MUV!
Also - The competing apartments next door (Midway Row House) are just carbon copies of MUV and are not affiliated, even though they may look identical lol

I have definitely enjoyed the one year of living here, just the clean safe and secured neighborhood I was looking for, amazing neighbors and most importantly a very helpful management team, especially the assistant manager Caprice, she goes above and beyond every single time I have needed help with something. Recently moved to the community, July 13, 2024. My leasing agent Amanda is awesome! Amanda very quick/prompt to respond to any questions, concerns or issues. She is always professional, gracious and very friendly. Before I moved to this community I heard/read several complaints about the apartments not ready on time the day of tenants moved in date. Well the day prior to my move in date less than 24 hours notice, I received a call from another leasing agent call to inform me my unit will not be ready as promised. But to be told it will be ready after 4:00pm the day of my move in date. Next day I received a call from Amanda around 10:30am to let me know my apartment was ready. It indeed ready and spotless! Amanda made it happened from day one, she said it will be ready as promised. Again, Amanda you are AWESOME!!!
