I’ve had a great experience with L2 Uptown so far. I was a little weary of moving in here, from looking at the previous management’s bad reviews. But, Lincoln Property’s has really turned this place around. I feel very safe living here & had a very easy move in process. All the staff/management has been very helpful. Overall, I think L2 is a great apartment, perfect location and reasonable rent prices for the area!
I am moving to Dallas from California. Britni has been amazing in helping me find the perfect apartment that I was looking for. She was very helpful in giving me a virtual property tour and providing me with all of the resources and details I needed to make this decision. Britni guided me throughout the entirety of the process and was available to answer any of my questions. I recently signed my lease from a different state and the process was relatively smooth and seamless. The entire staff at L2 was very informative and transparent throughout the whole process. The building and amenities look very nice and I am very excited to become a resident of the L2 community!
I've really enjoyed living in L2. It's in a great area, amenities are always kept super clean, and the people who work there are great. Had a package returned to me after getting delivered incorrectly, and have had multiple maintenance requests serviced quickly. Would recommend :)

We've been living here for about a month so far, and absolutely love it! Jasmine has basically been a saint about tending to my million and one questions, handling my husband and I with the patience I wouldn't even be able to show myself. 😅 We love seeing her around! She's super welcoming! Ryan has been amazing as well. He was kind enough to safeguard packages for us as we were securing the new apartment during the move in process, and he definitely carries himself with the decorum and punctuality anyone would want from their property manager. The only issue has been the fobs, but they've stated they're actively looking to revamp the current system. Super grateful for L2 and I'm looking forward to building my immediate future here. 💫

Me and my twin signed a lease with L2 after visiting 10 other apartment complexes in this area!! This apartment felt the most homey and friendly by far! Great location!! Amber was the easiest person to do business with and let’s be honest I want to be friends now! Hahah anyways, great experience for my first ever apartment! Also feels extremely safe!

I have lived at L2 for a little under two years! The first few months I lived here were rocky but over the past year and a half, it has been phenomenal. Personally I just moved into a bigger unit and the transition was seamless. The staff, particularly Jasmine, is very professional, kind, and eager to help answer any questions or problems you may have. The units are updated and the amenities are great - not to mention the great location. I always feel safe in within complex. The maintenance staff is SO kind and prompt. I would definitely recommend living here! Thank you for all that you do to make this a great environment!
I have lived at L2 for a few years now and over the course of my time have experienced a couple different management companies/teams. Ryan and the other members of the Lincoln Property Team (from those in the office to the members of the maintenance team) here at L2 have done an incredible job and are by far the best team we have had here during my time at L2.
Since they took over, I’ve seen numerous improvements including better communication, improved safety, increased cleaning, updating amenities and renovating all common areas. They truly have done a wonderful job at making this a great place to call home.

I wanted to wait a few months to post this review to get a better gage of things as I recently transferred for work from Chicago. Eddie has been nothing short of amazing from beginning to end- he helped me find the perfect apartment via virtual tour and made the move cross country so seamless. My experience thus far has been amazing. I can’t speak to what it was like before the current staff/management company took over but what I can say is that the current staff/management has been fantastic. My maintenance requests get met on a timely manner, the staff is friendly and extremely responsive, and I love my apartment. I understand that change can be hard but I’m glad I trusted Eddie and chose L2.
