I just recently renewed my lease and I very please with the change in management . Here’s the thing problems are going to happen. So I look at how someone solves the problem vs being upset that the problem happen in the first place. Most recently tiles in my bathroom were falling off. I placed a work order on Tuesday followed by an email on Wednesday showing the damage . I immediately recieved a phone call from the assistant manager apologizing for the inconvenience 👏 and she will get someone to repair it ASAP. I was very pleased that workers showed up on Good Friday to repair the tiles! Also I have never recieved a personalized birthday card from any apartments I have stayed at until now! It felt really good to know that the staff at the Edge took time to wish me a happy birthday. It’s nice community to live in that has great value and customer service!

We have applied for a two bedroom and we are extremely satisfied with everything. The office staff was extremely helpful with the problems we had. The office does get busy every once in a while, but things do get done. I have to say ever since the new manager Cindy has been managing we have noticed an improvement. She is always busy walking the condominium, pools, and parking. Dumpsters. Calling about the repairs being completed. I appreciate her hard work and finally getting the electrical problem fixed in my apt. 10/10 would definitely visit again!!!
