After living in for a long while in far far far north Dallas and wanting to move inwards, I had spent a good amount of time trying to find a reasonable place. Many places were like "Oh, pay this amount to get your history vetted. And then pay this amount to get you the apartment. And, oh, forgot to say, put in all these load of documents to prove you are who you say you are." I had in fact given the initial amount in a couple places too. But then chanced upon this place accidentally. The very first step in was very pleasant with Robert immediately walking out of his room to greet me. He showed me a few places based on my criterion. Never ever did he ever ask me to pay anything thus far. I had finalized on an apartment on Friday but then on Monday I asked him for a bigger unit. With his never fading smile, he showed me two units of which I picked one. And as promised he got the same unit ready for me on the same day he had promised the other unit. And after moving I noticed the sign that said "if you don't like it here, feel free to move out in the first 30 days with no questions asked." and this statement speaks of their confidence. And I also realized this when I moved in. All maintenance items are pretty much taken care of at the earlier depending on urgency. Even the maintenance person is very sweet and does his job well. Overall a nice place I could say and I am glad I found this, by chance it may be.

Every time I had a question, worry, or concern I was able to speak with DJ right away. She always returned my calls and her customer service skills are amazing! I could not have done the relocation without her help and guidance. We moved into a wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bath unit and it was large enough to hold all of our belongings from a large home in So Cal. The staff and maintenance crew were also very attentive and when I had a small water leak issue, the crew was at my door in under 30 minutes. The front office staff is wonderful! DJ and the other employees were helpful and caring. They kept track of my large packages that came in from Amazon and I never lost any mail. I felt safe and the grounds were always clean. The pool was fun, clean and maintained well. The rent was very reasonable and I was so grateful to find this temporary home while I my family and I looked for our forever home in Dallas.
