I’m a pending resident and so far my journey to become apart of the cottonwood family is great. Started out with Sandy assisting me and now have Yesenia helping me, both women are very polite, very professional, and very helpful. They definitely offer welcoming services. I’ve viewed their 2 bedroom and it was beautiful in my opinion and nicely updated. The spacing is great for 1 person and the environment for outside seems family oriented. I’m very excited about my new home and can’t wait to have the keys in my hands. Yesenia and Sandy are AWESOME !!! Id recommend going through those 2 ladies and giving this apartment complex a chance to call home

I love this property! I went to go look for an apartment and was able to get a tour and Ms Sandy and Bella are the sweetest and was able to work with me and made me feel so much at home I look forward living at this property 😊
