Supply is low and demand high in the Dallas area and when you’re picky like I am finding a quality, mature and all inclusive (amenities etc.) residence at a realistic price is not easy. Haylee in leasing has been super helpful and accommodating answering my many questions and every time I’ve been to the building the concierge and residents are pleasant and welcoming. Looking forward to sign my lease and move in soon!

This place is phenomenal! I recently visited my sister and from the time you arrive you feel welcomed. Their management staff was amazing and welcoming. They even have beautiful, spacious guest rooms for visitors when they come to visit from out of town. The pool was nice and relaxing as well. Can’t wait to visit again!

It was home for more than 7 years. I grieved The Ashton when we left in February of this year to single family living once again. The stream of visiting neighbors on the elevators and common areas was never lacking and it might be said that you will never find a more intimate "neighborhood" and accommodating services. The most interesting of characters have lived at the Ashton;) I miss seeing the many friends I made along the way. I really miss our puppy park rituals! My pup grew up surrounded with buddies. This attached park is kept by the most beautiful and kind man. Hi name is John. Everyday he hoses it down to its pristine freshness and gives everyone a little light for the day.
The finishes are warm yet modern. The kitchens, baths and closets are abundant. Lots of entertainment is possible in these homes. The pool, though not large enough was always in season, kept at a warms temp through the winter months. Many stories were exchanged at this pool.
The gym is typical but fresh towels and cold water are always kept refreshed and the cleaning staff is quite amazing. I entertained a group of about 50 young ladies in the clubhouse on an occasion and the staff just did what they do. They greeted, parked, helped haul and asked what can we help you with. There is wine storage for the discerning and the Ashton events coordinator Toi , never siezed to amaze us with chef's from in-town's finest, musicians and artists coming to play.
We watched the views change over the years as Dallas became a more dense city. We got to witness and view some of the finest architecture rise into the sky and surround us. We walked the streets daily, to Klyde Warren or just across the street to dinner, brunch, Bivins Art Gallery, Korshak. Actually we were just plain spoiled with access and beauty. Concierge and valet at The Ashton are impeccable. We saw lives change and lives lost and we will always cherish the memory of you our sweet friend.

We just moved out after 5 years of living at the Ashton and it’s a sad moment 🥹we will miss this place dearly even though we moving to a house after years of living in a high rise.
BEST place in Dallas to rent for sure hands down and we are picky
Fabio the manager is on top of things, Eric and his maintenance crew is amazing.
Definitely consider this place if you are looking for an amazing home with mature crowd and great location.

Second to none, new places pop up but everyone comes back to live here! What puts this place above the rest is the concierge and valet and resident activities coordinator and personal trainer and down-to-earth management team.
