I moved here in 2023 when it was still known as The Tides of Lakewood. I wouldn't have signed another lease if the management hadn't changed. Thankfully, the new management has been fantastic! They make sure everything is taken care of and are very professional. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it gets completed in a timely manner. I’m much happier with the improvements and the way things are run now."

The apartment management are amazing. They listen to our concerns if I have issues with my apartment. I love the fact that there's kayaks and paddle boards that you can rent out to enjoy for the day. I love living here and haven't had any issues.
