Since I initially inquired about living here in 2023, Ebone (Assistant Manager) has been super helpful! She made the process super easy and stress free for me to apply and move in. Not only did she set the bar high upon my search, and made me pick MODA because of her attitude, but 8 months after living here, she's reassured me that I made the right choice. Ebone is quick to say hi when I walk past her or see her in the leasing office and always greets me with a big smile. She is empathetic when I come home from a long day at work and just simply gives the best energy (that we WANT to come home to). On top of that, she makes my guests feel very welcome. Cheers to you, Ebone! Despite some very minor flaws in the building (due to age and construction) and elevator issues (there are 3 to use, 2 of them work consistently), I enjoy living here. Maintenance note: I put in work orders and instructions are always followed. Requests are always done efficiently and clean. I had a minor leak from my AC once (into my bathroom floor) and the team cleaned my entire bathroom floor (and their tracks from the entrance>bathroom) and made it seem like they weren't even there! Thank you, maintenance crew! Price: best you can get in the area, literally! With the most bang for your buck.
