I want everyone to know this place is simply amazing, from the property itself, to the excellent staff and maintenance team. Looking for apartments, I was excited about what I'd seen on their “Virtual Tour” and figured if 80% was true, I’d be happy. Driving onto the property, the leasing office looked like a mansion; so nicely furnished, and the entire property, with tall, black iron gates and fences, looked immaculate. Based on past experiences with the “Bait and Switch” method many complexes employ to entice residents, I was bracing for the worst.
Stephanie greeted me so graciously, friendly and understandingly, as I was so distressed from my drive and inability to be on time, as I suffer from severe tremors, specifically in my hands. Well, this Angel of a lady, proceeded to take me on a tour of the property and an apartment identical to the one I received a quote on. It wouldn't be available until late May, and here it was the first of April. Well, let me tell you! This place…the office, the amenities, the ponds, and the apartment itself was too good to be true. It was everything I’d seen and desired.
Stephanie, this one-of-a-kind lady, with such a pleasant and serene personality (and great nails), offered, and in fact used my cell phone for me, so I could place a deposit on this fantastic apartment. That’s not the only astonishing thing she did for me…she actually filled out and completed my application, which as I sat there, couldn't believe. This was completely unexpected, yet serves as the standard by which Camden-Buckingham measures itself.
In my 4 months here, I have had the pleasure of being able to stop by the office and thank Stephanie each time for what she did that first day, as well as Aimee and all the staff. I finally had the pleasure of spending time with property manager, Liz. She's been here 15 years, which by itself, should tell you of her professionalism and the personal value she places on each and every resident. This is the norm established here and is so clearly evident in every staff member. Luis, Freddy, and the entire maintenance team are equally impressive. You put in a work order online, and it’s resolved the next day! I’ve never been on a property so attentive and responsive to resident's needs.
I read all of the Camden-Buckingham Google reviews before posting this one. Most all recite the same experiences I had. To those who have not, I urge you to take responsibility for yourself, abide by the strict, but graceful rules and guidelines, look out and help your neighbor, clean-up after yourself and advise the office and maintenance staff of needed repairs or concerns.
I want to add what a wonderful community this is. I never felt like I was really part of a “community” until I moved here. It makes me feel so good, and I routinely take my neighbor's trash out left by their door when I take my trash out. I always sweep and clean the common areas around my front door and patio, including cobwebs off the siding. I am proud to call Camden-Buckingham my community and feel like I need to do my part each day to earn that placement. I urge everyone to take that attitude and help your community. People need to quit being a victim in today’s society, and inasmuch, the Camden-Buckingham community itself. I have never had any issues with the leasing or maintenance staff. They are the best you could hope for!
I couldn't place a higher recommendation than what I have authored here. Pay attention to what I have described here, and to future residents, give Camden-Buckingham the opportunity to show you their excellence, in which I have been treated since becoming a community member. I trust and promise, you won't be disappointed. Lastly, as far as prices that people think are too high compared to other places – well, like the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for,” and in my case, I’ve never regretted paying my rent and services each month. This place is quite simply unique, truly exceptional by far, and exceeds anything offered around the metroplex area.

I am loving this place. Currently a resedent for two months. Move in process was easy. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Maintenance can be requested and tracked online. Grounds are kept clean. Complex has two duck ponds with catch and release fishing allowed. Gym is always open. The grills at the pools are real grills, not the janky park rot iron ones. The management makes it a point to make you feel like you're in a real community. There is always pizza, games, tacos, something happening on Fridays that the staff invites residents in for. I feel safe here. Ample parking. Additional on site garages/ storage available if you choose to purchase. I definitely feel like I'm getting what I'm paying for here. It was a bit of an adjustment for me with the prices, but so far has been worth it.

I have to say that the team at Buckingham has been wonderful to me and they made my transition very smooth, not even knowing that I was in a great deal of grief. My entire world was upside down, I had just lost my mother and my own life was a mess. I started looking for a new place to live and Aimee was great. It was almost time for them to close and she still allowed me to look at not one, but two apartments.
As I had specific things in mind what I was looking for those two locations did not meet them. So I went back and met Stephanie, who was a doll and very helpful. She allowed me to view two more apartments. I found the perfect one, but it was not perfect.
Stephanie, worked with her team Luis and unfortunately, things were so bad that their work couldn't fix the problem. Stephanie called me and asked if I could meet with Liz the manager and I did. Liz was a saving grace. She looked at everything I stated had issues and asked Luis if they could take care of it and he stated they could. She then notice something that I had not and asked him to take care of that as well. When they called me back to ensure that everything was up to standards for me. I was in disbelief at the job they had done. They did a beautiful job and they all did it with with grace and in a timely manner. As I go into the office now Alex is such a joy. She is always nice and sweet and always able to answer my questions and make me feel okay upon leaving.
I want to thank the entire Buckingham team for making this very sad time in my life a joy for me to have such a beautiful and loving place to live.
But I want to let Camden Living know what wonderful people they have in Liz and Stephanie. There are no words for the work they both did for me. There were so many things going wrong, but they handled them with ease, and unknowingly did not add to the stress that I was already going through.
You never know what people are going through so Liz, please keep being you and ensuring that your team stays great and I just love my space. It's been 4 months and I am very happy there and I feel safe.

Camden Buckingham is one of the most beautiful communities I have lived in. I love coming home to the beautiful pond and immaculate landscaping. The amenities are unmatched, including inhome washer and dryer, a beautiful view, updated appliances and the pool is gorgeous. Maintenance requests are always answered swiftly in a courteous and thorough manner. Aimee and Andrew in the office are the best neighbors here, always helpful and kind to share a smile and answer my questions. The online portal makes it easy to pay rent and share community information. Like magic, my trash takes itself to the dumpster 4 times a week. Living here is a lifestyle filled with aesthetic and peace of mind. I truly love living here.
