I rate this a 100% because this apartment is sorta improving but, from my experience, there were weirdos trying to steal cars around the area , this lady reported it, because she told my parents about the situation when we came outside to leave , she said it was minutes ago when they left and we came out, we believed her because I always see her from the window looking outside, to anyone who had this experience please don't hesitate to call the cops , even if they're not around, they can still be out in other places
