Five star all the way it's very clean each kitchen equipped with a dishwasher you have a washer and dryer inside maintenance is on the spot get the job done and it's quiet and peaceful that's surprised me the apartments are very very beautiful the manager is a people person if you're honest and communicate with your work with you help you all she can what I love about it also is the fact that the manager Ms Belinda makes sure we are on notice for example if the water is going to be Shut off she will have notice on your door letting you know, I really do. Love it here.

I love living here.It’s really quite clean property.Staff is real professional they take good care of their tenants.I would recommend this property to anyone.Management is one of the best landlords I have had in years.Great job KOA apartments!!
