Darlene,Thomas & Elizabeth have been amazing! Work orders get completed immediately. Love living here. I love the pools and gym. Beautiful location very peaceful and the community is friendly.
My family and I moved here 3 months ago and have been very happy. Each member of the staff has been friendly and helpful. Our a/c wasn’t cooling our apartment and after one attempt to repair it they installed a new one. We have good neighbors, enjoy the dog park, pool and playground. It has been a good summer here and we plan to make it our home until we are ready to buy a house

While apartment hunting, I looked at a lot of places but kept coming back to Legacy. It's not the newest or fanciest, the apartment buildings don't look look like boxes stacked in a parking lot. It's also nice that none of the patios/balconies face the road or parking lot.
Amanda in the office has been great from my first visit, and since moving in, any maintanance issues have been addressed quickly. The apartment was clean and everything seems in good repair. (My neighbors seem nice, and have lived here a while, but that's kind of luck of the draw.)

My wife and I really enjoy it here! We have met some neighbors and look forward to utilizing some of the amenities this summer like the pool and grill. Our patio backs up to the playground and even though the kids are loud after school, you can't really hear them when the sliding door is closed! The neighborhood is safe and there are plenty of close by restaurants/stores!

Today, I came to visit the Legacy Apartments and was helped by Amanda, she is the assistant manager and she was such a pleasure to speak with. She gave me a tour and was very professional throughout the whole experience! I thought the apartments were very cozy like, and I enjoyed seeing and hearing about what this community had to offer. I've been living here since 2017. Darlene and Thomas from the office and maintenance have been here the entire time I have and they are what make these apartments feel like home! Any time I have an issue they're both always so helpful. I've had 2 major medical scares, and the staff helped so much. My grandfather has worked with Amanda, Darlene & I think another named Jack? (Fuzzy memory lately) and has nothing but praise for their efforts with helping during those times.
They make sure the complex always looks it's best, anything with resigning my lease or regarding billing has been a breeze, and maintenance responds so quick to work orders. I don't see myself moving any time soon. The rent here is also so much better than other places I've seen, and the units are just so beautiful, with a cozy home atmosphere! Love legacy apartments. Thanks for everything ❤️
This was the first community my wife and I lived after we got married. The apartments are a little older, but are in great shape! We loved living here, thought there were problems with some neighbors, water was high (around $80) for a 1bedroom 1 bath. It's located around many stores so most the stores we used were within 5-10 mile radius. Overall, we enjoyed living here and we would probably live here again!

I lived at this communtiy years ago and when I thought we were moving back to Plano, I checked them out. I love the lack of it being a cookie cutter community and a more homelike, intimate feel. During the process of shopping from the state of Georgia, I encountered some of the absolute best customer service with the staff at Legacy! I was primarily helped by Julia yet because I had so many questions while filling out the application, I spoke with Darleen the manager, Sam and I believe the other agent was Amanda. Every single one of them gave stellar service along with a huge dose of care and concern...all with tons of patience! Although I had to put our move on hold indefinitely, if we get to move back to Plano, I am hoping it will be here! That kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays and if it's in the office, it's bound to carry over into the entire community. All places have issues. It is how they are handled which makes the difference. First class service here in my opinion!!
