I have lived here since March 2020. My experience has been positive, the staff here is very responsive and respectful. Maintenance shows up promptly, I work from home and i am not disturbed. The community here is safe and I enjoy the different events put on by the staff whenever I get to attend.

Update: nothing changed. Great neighbors, no issues with the office, maintenance staff get things done in a timely manner, no bugs (i spray once a month) i am still loving it here!
Stumbled upon this complex after 1st place wasn’t up to par. A+ experience from filling out application to move in. Fast maintenance staff. Quiet community, i never hear neighbors. No bugs in my unit (thank god) i have been here a week and i love it! S/N i had a $1500 purchase deliver 2 days early before i arrived from KS. It was still at my door when i arrived 🙌🏽

I was scared that after I signed the lease the magic would disappear but it didn’t. I started looking for my new home early in January and Jenifer was super nice and helped me get all the information I needed. Link showed me the apartment that I would be similar to mine and was very detailed. After the showing I left feeling like ”this is it“. Jenifer was absolutely fantastic about helping me get the paperwork ready and even when things got difficult with my previous property manager she persevered with me. Once it was move in day she walked through the all the information like parking, visitors, pool and trash. I’ve been here officially a month and I’m so happy I chose to be here. They have a monthly event calendar where they host events we can be a part of as a community.There is a state of the art gym that kicks my paid membership gyms butt. The community it self is very friendly kids playing outside, people walking their dogs. Super long review just to say you should live here. You’ll love it.

We have been here for about 3 years now and Magnolia Ranch has been a great place to live. We havent had any complaints. The staff is always helpful and nice. The apartment life team always helps make this community a home with fun events to help bring people together. Any maintenance requests typically get handled pretty quickly. We enjoy being here.

I lived I lived here for about three years although I’m not currently living there I had a wonderful experience with the property management maintenance cruise. The pool area is very nice as well. They kept the property very clean the location of the properties. Also a matrix benefit the maintenance crews were on top of their game, move back here if I still lived in the DFW area

We absolutely love this community. I use the gym every day, use the pool every time I can. Staff is so nice. They always try to help with any issue. Also all their activities are fun and all the family can join. Very happy to live here :)
