I love my townhouse. The community is quiet and super convenient to the freeways. The office has community events almost every week which is super fun. And on the odd occasion that I've needed to go into the office the Assistant Manager Soraya has been super kind & helpful.

Excellent service from the Resident Services staff and Juan in Maintenance that fixed my heat this morning. He was so professional, figured out the electrical problem immediately, offered to clean the area he had to fix (never has happened in my 64 years of living), and had heat up and running in less than 30 minutes. Love it here and very much appreciate all of the assistance I received this morning!

I been living here for about 2 years and would like to say that their management department is nothing short of amazing. Big shout out to Soraya she so easy to get along with but be warned ;if you’re not careful she’ll brighten your day. But not only her, they all are so genuine and care about your best interest. I don’t regret being here. Yep resigning.

I just recently had a GREAT experience working with the management office at The Residence at North Dallas, and working with SORAYA VILLANUEVA in particular, who as a side note is always wonderful to work with/talk to.
I recently needed some assistance with rent, and thought there was only one route through which would have worked but with some unpleasant side effects. However, after discussing with Soraya, she had a suggestion that we were able to agree to which saved me the unpleasantness and I was able to meet my obligation, and we are able to move forward with a better relationship than we even had previously.
Many thanks to Soraya and the management team for your assistance, understanding, and willingness to work through the situation. I sincerely appreciate it!
