Lived here for the last 6 months and I love it. Maintenance is always quick, but I RARELY have problems. Office staff are super kind and friendly. My neighbors have lived here all for 4+ years. The dumpsters get emptied every other day if not everyday - my last apartment did it not that often. There are a lot of families and kids around and people with dogs are all respectful, pick up their own gunk. They repave and fix the parking areas whenever it is needed, the potholes do not get large and things are well maintained. It's not five star luxury apartments, but I'm over the moon for a nice apartment in my budget range!

Lived here for a month now and absolutely love it. Jose from the management made all accommodations requests possible and quickly implemented. Also, maintenance team is great, they come to fix in 1-2 days from the maintenance request. Overall, I’m extremely happy for choosing Davenport.
