Have been a resident for almost a month. So far it has been seamless. The amenities are great. Always availability in the parking garage. Excellent view from the speakeasy. The maintenance response time has always been less than 24 hours. One thing I didn't like is the package situation cause it overflows a lot and it's hard to find your package sometimes. Other than that 10/10.
