I have the pleasure of living at Via Las Colinas Apartments for four years, and I must say, it’s been an exceptional experience. From the moment I moved in, in 2019 it felt like home.
The apartment complex itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The grounds are always clean and manicured, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided, such as the pool and fitness center, were top-notch and added a great deal of convenience to my daily life.
The Senior Assistant Manager at Via Las Colinas is very helpful and flexible to work with. She is responsive to emails and eager to work with you.
What sets Via Las Colinas Apartments apart, however, is the exceptional customer service. Kellie a leasing agent, in particular, is always ready and willing to assist with any questions or concerns I have. Her attentiveness and genuine care for the residents made a truly positive impact on my living experience.
If you're looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend Via Las Colinas Apartments. With their beautiful surroundings, top-notch amenities, and outstanding staff like Kellie, you won't be disappointed. Trust me, I know firsthand what a wonderful place it is.

Everything from contacting the property, submitting the application, touring the property, signing the lease and moving in was absolutely seamless. Cindy is the absolute BEST and we have enjoyed living here so far and don’t foresee that changing. There is soooo much to do around us, and the property has a lot of events for the residents. I highly recommend living at Via Las Colinas!

I will surely miss this community, i called the Via Las Colinas home, for 5 years 2019-2024, all in all a terrific experience, the staff and Management is Amazing, the maintenance crew acts quickly to meet your needs, the neighbors provide a safe and respectful environment for all. Gym, pool, and lake all spectacular.

We have been living at Via Las Colinas from almost a year and its wonderful staying here. The Lake is simply exceptional and we go for a walk almost everyday it's so beautiful. The community and amenities are also really good and the most favorite part is the community events, they are the best i have seen till now. The management is also really great and very responsive and there is great parking structure too for the cars. There is a constant effort to keep the community clean and alive which makes it even more better to stay.

I've been living at Via Las Colinas for over almost 2 years now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best apartment complexes I've ever experienced. The maintenance team is top-notch, always responding quickly to requests. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, making it a pleasant place to live.
One of the highlights of Via Las Colinas is the relaxing view of the lake. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. The homes themselves are equipped with modern appliances.
Rachel and the entire staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Whether you need assistance with a package or have a question about the community, they are prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home in the Las Colinas area.

I enjoyed living at Via Las Colinas and I moved because I needed a larger space. My time here was great and some things that stood out were the office team and the spectacular views. The people in the office are so kind and their communication is on point. They hold monthly events for the community and you can tell they put thought into it (the food is good!). The views I will miss so much. It’s beautiful on the lake and the complex has comfortable seating areas where you can enjoy the view or you can take a walk on the sidewalk around the lake. It’s never overcrowded and everyone is courteous to clean up after their dogs and keep them leashed. I would recommend living here.

I had a very positive experience while a resident at Via Las Colinas. It was very quiet and my dog and I loved walking by Lake Carolyn. The people in the office went above and beyond and Paula at Resident Services fantastic!
