I've always received emails and notices regarding upgrades to the community that gave me plenty of time to plan and adjust while the contractors worked around the complex. Anytime Amazon, UPS, or USPS hasn't been able to deliver a package straight to my door, the office team were able to accept the package and always notified me when it arrived.
