i Just singed 4th year lease extension. This is very nice apartment, great staff and very quick maintenance team and great community. The conduct nice fun activities for residents. The apartment office girls Especially Sarahi is very patient , kind and curtious and helpful in residents answering question or taking care when there is issue and updates you back very regularly. The other two girls jennifer and jenny are also very great. Maintenance team is great especially waldo he is awesome

I’ve lived at Jefferson Place for 3 years and stayed at 2 different apartments. I’m surprised by the reviews regarding pest control issues but I have never encountered any pests. The maintenance and staff are kind and attentive. Hope my stay at Jefferson place continues to be a good one.
