Marquettes excellent customer service skills and great personality makes calling the office for anything sheer joy! The phone is always answered promptly and professionally. He is quick to assess residents needs and answers all questions. He dispatched the maintenance team to my home in record time last week to take care of a repair need and I appreciate so much his sense of urgency and service. Likewise, I greatly appreciate Raphael - the lead maintenance and his team. They are always outstanding, prompt, professional and efficient! They do get the job done! Top notch service! Thanks so much!
