Moved in around a month ago. Had some issues with getting rental history back from the previous state I lived in. Stephanie was amazing through out the process. Kept me updated daily. Maintenance did an amazing job with my move in checklist. Nothing major at all. They even changed my air filter after a couple of weeks of beeing here, which I appreciate. My daughter has really bad asthma so a clean air filter helps out tremendously. Super happy with this complex.

Had a great feel, with trees tall and greenspace to the east; apartment was clean, well lit, and well designed. This ranked number 2 on our finalist list only because it was a bit smaller than an alternative that was at the same price, and a little farther from work and church, but renter could be happy there. I was pre-screening for someone who works full time, and passed on my recommendation that she see this place. Staff was lovely as well.

I had a clogged tub in my apartment, and Stephanie's prompt and efficient handling of the situation left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I reported the issue to Stephanie, she displayed a high level of professionalism and a genuine commitment to resolving the problem. She listened attentively to my concerns and assured me that she would take immediate action. Stephanie's responsiveness was truly remarkable; she understood the urgency of the situation and wasted no time in coordinating with the maintenance team.
