But after being here for a few months, they are a decent apartment complex unit to live in. If there are any issues involving the unit, maintenance is right around the corner. They stay on top of everything. I really like how there are many different activities for everyone. I also value how the leasing staff builds community through newsletters. Speaking of the leasing staff, I have gave these ladies a hard time since I have became a tenant here and have had remorse about everything that I’ve said to them. I feel terrible about giving them a bad first impression of me. I would like to say that, Monica, the leasing manager, and Tammie, the leasing agent, were the ones who I have worked with. They both have been extremely helpful in assisting me with the lease and working with me to understand it. Even though they were not required to do so. They are very empathetic and straightforward in a reflective sense. I have made extremely harsh and disrespectful comments towards them, that should’ve never been made. I am embarrassed and ashamed by the comments I’ve directed towards them. But they are truly amazing individuals who do try their best with their tenants. Monica is an exceptionally engaging manger who genuinely cares about the well-being of her tenants and leasing staff. Tammie is the leasing agent I’ve personally worked with. Tammie, is really nice and outgoing. Her radiant smile and wonderful personality makes the environment feel more welcoming. I really appreciative they gave me another opportunity to see how everything will work out in the end. All three ladies are extremely hardworking professionals to better their apartment building for everyone. Thank you for putting up with a stubborn witch like me.
